Some info for the curious ones...
The competition is organized by this Fondazione del Monte (a bank). Very active in all kind of cultural activities in the cities of Bologna and Ravenna.
Since the bankers don't too well how to organize architecture competitions, they hired this group called "Avventura Urbana" (well-know group of architects/designers active in participatory processes) to run the whole thing.
